Scientific breakthrough with our laser! Together with researchers from the International Centre for Translational Eye Research (ICTER) and University of California Irvine (UCI), we co-developed a two-photon excited fluorescence scanning laser ophthalmoscope (TPEF-SLO) for non-invasive diagnostics of the human retina.

The team of scientists led by Prof. Maciej Wojtkowski has developed a two-photon excited fluorescence scanning laser ophthalmoscope (TPEF-SLO). The instrument is based on a novel femtosecond fiber laser developed by our group (Dorota Stachowiak, Aleksander Głuszek, Zbigniew Łaszczych and Grzegorz Soboń).
