We are pleased to announce that Dr. Jakub Bogusławski joined our research team!

Dr. Jakub Bogusławski received his doctoral degree in 2018. His research interests focus on femtosecond fiber lasers, nonlinear fiber optics, and biomedical applications of lasers: two-photon excited fluorescence imaging, optical imaging, microscopy.

He is an author/co-author of 24 papers in JCR-indexed journals. His papers were already cited more than 700 times, without self-citations. For the recent 3 years she worked at the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences, where he was responsible for development of optical imaging and microscopic instrumentation for biomedical applications, particularly two-photon excited fluorescence in eye imaging.

He accomplished several research stays: Unviersity of California, Irvine, US; Aalto University, Helsinki, Finland; KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden; Helmholtz Zentrum Dresden, Germany.

Jakub joined our team starting from 1st of April 2021.
